Oklahoma born and raised, but Nashvillian by choice, it seems like Jason’s love of music and art as a child were destined to flourish.
In 2002 after completing school, Jason opened up shop doing freelance web and graphic design. The demand for business was both overwhelming and immediate.
In 2004 the freedom of designing freelance worked well while traveling as a Christian musician-for-hire. Being on stage would lend itself to seeing the ‘ins and outs’ of the industry. Jason went on to play and tour with some of the CCM’s biggest artists all across the country.
Eventually, Jason received a songwriting contract and development deal with EMI. This would require both more time spent on the road, and an even more intense knowledge of the music industry.
In 2011, as design needs and clients grew, Jason had made a decision to retire from traveling and performing live in order to focus more on business.
Since that time, he’s designed ads for: Kia, Pizza Hut, Chevron, Papa Johns, Sherman Parks and Recreation, State Farm, Midas, and Dominos, and countless other companies.
Jason joined forces with Fizz Marketing Group as a Project Manager in late 2011, bringing his special knowledge of design and advertising expertise to the team. He currently oversees print & digital marketing campaigns, which include online magazines, newspapers, programs, posters, flyers, banners, logos, and all graphic support for radio and third party marketing and promotional campaigns for FIZZ clients.
